Pushpa 2 had a sea change over the weekend, as it picked up steam on Saturday and earned Rs 115.58 crore nett. Pushpa 2: The Rule's record-breaking performance at the Indian box office is one of its most notable accomplishments. The film broke the record for the largest opening for an Indian film ever, surpassing SS Rajamouli's masterpiece, RRR. Furthermore, it overtook Atlee's Jawan as the highest-grossing opening for a Hindi-language picture in the Hindi-language markets.

With Allu Arjun returning as Pushpa Raj, Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli, and Fahadh Faasil as Bhanwar Singh Shekawat, the eagerly awaited sequel carries on the tale of red sandalwood smuggling. Experienced performers Jagapathi Babu, Dhananjaya, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, and Anasuya Bharadwaj are involved in the movie.

Sukumar's Pushpa 2 continues the suspenseful story where its predecessor, Pushpa: The Rise (2021), left off, providing an exciting continuation.
